This series of activities and events is being run by The Association for Science and Discovery Centres (ASDC) as part of a nationwide programme. Techniquest will be running a national programme of interactive, hands-on and in-person science engagements inspired by the movie. Techniquest and science centres and museums around the UK are set to go beyond infinity, discovering the science behind the intergalactic science fiction adventure. As Buzz tries to find a way back home through space and time, he’s joined by a group of ambitious recruits and his charming robot companion cat, Sox. It follows the legendary Space Ranger after he’s marooned on a hostile planet 4.2 million light-years from Earth alongside his commander and their crew.
